Steve has called Rice Lake, WI home for over 15 years and is a great asset to the team of professionals at Wealth Management Group, LLC.

Born and raised in Colorado, Steve enjoyed life in the foothills surrounding Denver and the Golden area for over 30 years. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Denver, as well as Certified Financial Planner­™ (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations. Steve has also received certification and designation as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), acting in tandem with clients, attorneys and counselors to navigate the many important financial planning considerations in the transition of divorce.

He is registered as a General Securities Representative and as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with LPL Financial which allows him to work on a fee basis offering advisory accounts. Both his advanced degrees and financial investment expertise form the base of his comprehensive money management and financial planning techniques to his diverse client base.

A proud parent of three children, Steve is dedicated to making his community of Rice Lake a better place for them, as well as other local children, to thrive and achieve. To accomplish this, he serves as a member of the Rice Lake School Board, Rice Lake Community Classic Board, and the Rice Lake Rotary Board. These organizations are dedicated to improving the lives of area youth, a mission he shares.

His other passions include cooking, golf, and exploring new places. When asked about what he finds gratifying about his work he states, “I am a goal setter by nature, I enjoy learning other people’s life goals and helping them pursue what they set out to do. Through design, implementation and monitoring, people can achieve great things. Being a part of that process is very rewarding to me.”
